This is our gallery of completed cases. Many of the pieces you see here are done without a customer in mind. We like to experiment with different styles and decorative patterns. At JB Cases all of our toolers and patternmakers have freedom of expression. In collaboration with myself, we create one of a kind pieces just to satisfy our own curiosity. Since we make art to be used we do offer some of these for sale and we have a growing list of customers who wish to be notified when we do new cases. Sheridan in Spring
This is the first case completed by us that we are allowed to show you. This case was not done for a customer. It is a collaborative effort between one of our master leather artists and myself. I wanted to see what a case would look like if almost every surface were tooled in a Sheridan carving style. Sheridan carving was made famous by Don King of Sheridan Wyoming. He developed the style of doing deep reliefs that made his flowers stand out and appear alive.

A Basketcase

Our second case. This is another collaboration by one our talented toolers and myself. It is done in the western style of tooling with a basketweave theme. Choose the case to see plenty of detailed pictures and let the case speak for itself.

The Rolls Royce

This case is a combination of many styles used by famous casemakers of today and in decades past. Featuring a detailed Sheridan carving inlay on the back, hand sewn pockets and hand stitched front panel, combined with luxurious oil leather, this case is class.

The Crossroad
The inspiration for this case was taken from the art of the Dunhuang Grottoes in China. It is an artistic snapshot of a wonderful time in history when cultures mingled peacefully.
